Hosted journey — link only

API v3 — Current ≈ 5 minutes

Someone needs to record and receive a Livstick moment, and you want to offer it today, without touching your own site. You create the container, hand over a single link, and Livstick hosts the entire recording journey at the other end — one message, nothing to build.

Prerequisites

An access token provided by the Livstick team, and a channel to send a link through — email, SMS, chat, whatever you already use. If you don’t have a token yet, request developer access.

Create the container

crid is your own reference for this journey. Leaving mode unset keeps it at the default: single, one message. There is no widget to configure and no editKey to hold onto for this scenario — the journey is hosted end to end.

Retrieve the hosted URL

Call it with the same crid you chose in step 1. The URL you get back opens the full recording journey — nothing on your side needs to render it.

Send the link through your own channel

Drop the URL into whatever you already send — an email, an SMS, a chat message. You do not have to mount a widget, run a build, or handle camera and microphone permissions in your own page; Livstick’s hosted page takes care of all of it.
