Support
Support for the Client API goes through the same channel as access requests. What you include in the first message decides whether it gets answered on the first reply.

What to include
A question that carries these five things is usually answerable without a back-and-forth. A question missing any of them usually triggers one.
- The business reference (crid) the question is about.
- The timestamp of the call in question.
- The exact method and path called — not a paraphrase of the endpoint.
- The error code you received, copied as-is.
- Which API you are calling — v3 or 2.1.
Check the error catalogs first
Many questions about a specific error code are answered by the reference itself, faster than a round trip to support.
- v3 errors
- Every code the v3 API returns, with what it means.
- 2.1 errors
- Every code the 2.1 API returns, with what it means.
Access and key questions
Questions about how credentials are issued, what a key carries, or its lifecycle are covered before you need to ask.
- Access and environments
- How credentials are issued, what a key carries, and its lifecycle.
